OSHA General Duty Clause

The OSHA General Duty Clause requires businesses to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

What this means is that you need policies and equipment to maintain that environment. 2B Safe will go to you place of business and look at the building, systems and talk to employees and management to determine areas that need to  be improved or added to create or maintain that safety.

Not all recommendations need to be implemented at one time; it could take years for some situations.

Some will be simple policies that can be easily and cheaply put into place. Others could require changes to the building or requesting changes to be implemented by a landlord. 

Pricing will vary by the number of employees, number of locations and the type of business. A small, single office withe 5 or less total people would generally cost $125.00 for the inspection and report.
